At Dsquared2 Germany, we understand that sometimes an item just doesn’t fit, or your style has evolved. That’s why our return and refund policy is clear and straightforward—so you can always feel good about shopping with us.
1. Right of return
You can return items within 14 days of receipt . The following conditions apply:
- The item must be unworn, unused and in original condition
- All labels and original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or invoice) is required
Items with signs of wear, damage, or alterations may not be accepted for return.
2. Items excluded from exchange or return
The following items are excluded from the right of return :
- Gift vouchers
- Reduced or discounted items
- Worn, damaged or altered items

3. Initiate return
Returns are very easy:

- Our team will send you all the necessary return information
- Return the item to us using a trackable shipping service
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or delivered incorrectly.
4. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method.
This typically takes 5-7 business days after processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
If you experience any delays, please contact your payment provider first – or contact us; we will be happy to assist you.
5. Exchange
We don’t offer direct exchanges . If you need a different size or item:
- Return the original item and
- Re-order the desired item
This way you can get your desired product quickly and easily.
6. Damaged or incorrect delivery
If your order was damaged or delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the problem.
We’ll take care of it – whether it’s a replacement or a refund, we’ll find a solution.
7. Returns & Tracking
We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service
for returns. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee that your return will reach us.
Please retain your shipping receipt until the return is fully processed.
8. International Returns
Returns from abroad are also possible for eligible items.
However, international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs or import fees .
